Anna Robinson, Head of Performance here at Real Time Digital recently helped upskill businesses on the Northumbria University Help To Grow Programme on utilising GA4 and navigating the analytics they need to know to help their businesses grow.
The Help to Grow Management Course is a practical management training programme delivered by world-class business schools, accredited by the Small Business Charter – one being Northumbria University. The course is delivered by leading small business and enterprise experts from Northumbria University, with the support of leading figures from industry and experienced entrepreneurs.
The programme supports senior managers of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth as well as building capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management.
Anna led a well designed marketing module for the participants and within Anna’s module she covered an introduction to GA4, familiarisation of the platform and how to find important information. The participants weren’t all from a marketing background so we tailored the session for beginners.
It was a huge success with businesses taking away a lot of GA4 and analytic tips to help improve and grow their business.
