Job Overview

This is a senior role within our team and we are looking for someone with experience to deliver exceptional digital advertising solutions while possessing a technical digital marketing skillset in this client facing position. This role will see you working to maximise the performance of advertising campaigns across a range of digital channels with both hands-on support and key account management essential.

We are all about getting ahead of the game and you will have the opportunity to work with us in designing and implementing innovative, results focused paid  search, social and emerging digital channel plans to be the ‘first in market’ with delivery for the clients that we work with.

This will be a dynamic role that will see you working across multiple client sectors on both B2B and B2C brands. It is fast paced, requires tenacity and excellent levels of organisation but you will work in a flexible, supportive fun and person-centred  environment – Think flexible working hours, pizza lunches, away days and social events

Areas of Responsibility

Client Management
  • Deliver an outstanding level of client service where you are 100% results focused and driven to achieve success for every client campaign that you manage
  • Build strong relationships with clients and proactively communicate on performance, plans and strategic direction
  • Deliver meetings and presentations and maintain excellent levels of organisation to respond to client queries via email/call
  • Become an extension of the client business to deliver tangible successes
Campaign Management
  • Research and support strategy development for new and existing clients to include market insights, competitor analysis, creative review, keyword research and planning and performance forecasting.
  • Deliver continuous monitoring and optimisation of live campaigns and budget management across multiple client accounts, ensuring achievement of agreed targets on time and within set spend.
  • Use a range of analytical tools to provide data-driven insights to monitor, inform and implement campaign performance optimisations across all channels and produce detailed analysis reports for clients.
  • Build automated reports through Looker Studio
  • Support with the set up, testing and implementation of GTM tagging and tracking and GA4 reporting and data analysis
  • Collaborate with the wider digital team in establishing and implementing digital strategies and our partner network
Essential Criteria
  • 2+ years experience working in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Tiktok management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be experienced in holding financial responsibility for advertising campaign budgets with strong experience in forecasting, spend tracking and reporting.
  • As a strong analytical thinker, you will have excellent data management and interpretation skills with a data-driven mindset
  • An excellent manager of time you will have to work to deadlines and be able to manage competing priorities effectively. Super organisation skills are an absolute must.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects in busy agency environment
